    Omu Rice in a Cup

      It Looks like I haven’t shared a Yummy in a while…  This makes a very easy Breakfast in the morning 🙂 Heck its good any time… How do you make Omu Rice in a cup? Fill a  cup or ramekin 3/4 of the way with cooked rice. Break an egg (I prefer mine eggy soo 2 for me) over the rice. Top with chopped Ham & Sprinkle the Cheese. Microwave for 1 minute (Bake in NuWave or any Oven until the Egg is cooked all the way or to your liking…) Makes a very easy Breakfast in the morning 🙂 Traditional Omu Rice is a Korean type of Omelet…

    I think everyone has a comfort food they like when they are little under the weather.  For me its my mother’s Chicken & Ginger soup.  Whether your going through a cold or have inflamed sinuses, this soup is the fall to.
